RETURN POLICIES & PROCEDURES

 

VHC products are sourced from mostly natural fibers, and with few exceptions, our products are also either handmade or extensively feature hand-guided workmanship. Minor variations in color, texture, and finish may occur from piece to piece and are not considered imperfections.

 

Variations include but aren’t limited to:

  • Sizes due to products being hand-measured and handmade in most SKUs. Listed sizes are approximate with a variation tolerance of +/- 3% and you can typically expect a product to be slightly larger than stated
  • Color due to variations in dye lots between production runs and within large production runs
  • Fabric relaxation with regular usage: tightening with washing and expected relaxation if ironed/hung dry (such as window treatment)

 

Our Return Policies:

 

  • All items must be returned within 30 days of ship date, in original packaging and unused. You will be responsible for ensuring the product is sent back to our warehouse in the same condition it arrived to you in.
  • Absolutely no returns will be accepted past the 30-day from ship date deadline. Please ensure the product meets your expectation immediately upon arrival and contact Customer Service for any special circumstances or issues.
  • No returns are credited if there is no original packaging, no tags, or product has been soiled, subjected to any animal usage, has been laundered, or there is any unpleasant odor or smell from usage or the environment in which an item was utilized (bedroom, kitchen, etc with cooking smells, smoking, perfume etc.).
  • Unless an item is wrong or has a manufacturer defect, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping to our warehouse.
  • VHC charges a 15% restock fee for product returned due to Buyer Remorse/Change of Mind.
  • Items on Clearance or Liquidation cannot be returned.
  • VHC may refuse to replace goods for unreasonable requests of any kind including priority shipping.
  • In the event of an exchange, the item being replaced will be returned as per normal procedure, and you will be responsible for submitting a new order of the replacement product.

 

Our Return Process:

  • Once you login to the VHC Brands website, please submit a Case/Return under your account. Here, you will include all information such as order number, customer name, phone number, etc.
  • If applicable, repackage items, making sure they are in the same condition as originally shipped.
  • Please include your packing slip or the return authorization that was emailed to you in the package prior to shipping.
  • Please mark the order number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship goods to our below warehouse address via USPS, UPS, or FedEx:

  • Once goods are received by the Return Department, they will be inspected upon arrival to determine eligibility for credit.
  • If accepted and within the allotted timeframe, your order will be credited the full amount minus the 15% restocking fee.
  • Refunds are processed within 48 hours of the return being received at our fulfillment center and can take 5-7 business days to reflect on your account, depending on your banking establishment.
  • Any exchanged items will need to be placed on a separate order and billed accordingly when fulfilled and shipped.
